Just that the obsessive modeller (and they do exist) won't resist shaving down the glazing bars really thin so they look like cross hairs, deco style- definitely need painting before any clear sheet was glued on though! My hands aren't that steady..

@ianwest195 Thanks for your feedback and i designed this model for the other printer in never come to me to tray thinning it out a bit so i totally rebuilt the top end with thinner bars and posts .....now i was extremely shocked at the results the older printer anything thinner than about 2mm it struggled .... pictures below at the outcome with this printer.... the left shelter in the picture is the new redone one the one on the right is the old one so you can see the difference.

The original print the window beams was 2.4mm, the new design which is at the very edge of the printer capabilities the vertical posts at 0.75mm and the horizontals are 0.5mm

As Aguillera said..."yummeeay", el perfecto my lad that's EXACTLY what was in my mind and I think anything more now would be overcooking the bacon. To further quote with Tommy Cooper, "aziz".

@ianwest195 yeah it looks the part much better with thinner window posts, I cant take it any further and I do not think I would want to with them been so thin they are very delicate but sturdy enough if you know what I mean, but a coat of paint should also help to on the side of things.

Thank you Ian for or the idea and your help in getting this model finished I know its taken a long time but its done now.

I am going to put the filament in the dryer for 6 hours (helps cut down on stringing),  then I will print some off and with any luck given a couple of days there will be a new addition to the shop.

Thank you

@ianwest195 something I was going to ask you... You was going on about clock tower you said

"festoons outside so an internal source was not a priority. Somebody may know different but that would require a hollow tower with perspex(?) dials, a hole to allow leeching to the body cavity and I doubt a battery feed would be practical without a very long lead."

what are festoons?? and please can you explain the last part to me is it to make the clock face light up??

Thank You

Martin
