Sneak Peek at oo3dmodels Version 2 Blackpool Tram Pylons!
Hey Tram Enthusiasts!
Exciting news from the oo3dmodels workshop – we've been hard at work on the development of our version 2 Blackpool Tram Pylons, and we can't wait to share the progress with you!
What's New? Our version 2 pylons have undergone a significant redesign based on feedback from our valued customers. One of the key enhancements is the division of the pylons into two main sections, with the arms sliding over the top section. This redesign was implemented in response to customer requests for increased practicality, allowing for adjustable arm height. We've listened to your feedback, and we're thrilled with the results!
Improved Aesthetics: From the images we've been teasing (keep an eye on the forum for the upcoming reveal!), you can see that the redesign has resulted in a cleaner, more defined product. The streamlined design elevates the visual appeal of the pylons, making them a standout addition to any model tram layout.
Lighting Compatibility: But wait, there's more! In addition to the practical improvements, we've also made it possible for a lit version to be added at a later date. That's right – you'll have the option to illuminate your tram scene, adding an extra layer of realism and ambiance.
What's Included? Each set of our version 2 Blackpool Tram Pylons will include 5 single-arm pylons and 5 double-arm pylons. With this variety pack, you'll have the flexibility to configure your tram layout exactly how you envision it.
Stay Tuned! We're putting the finishing touches on these pylons, and we can't wait to release them to our eager community. Keep an eye on the forum for the official product launch, complete with images showcasing the enhanced design and functionality of our version 2 Blackpool Tram Pylons.
Thanks for your continued support, and we look forward to bringing you more exciting updates soon!
Best regards, Martin

Really Do Like The Version 2 Single Arm Pole 👍
Thank you, these 2mm thicker, but that is mainly due to a strength issue having a hollow center for the wiring really weakened the whole pole so a bit thicker they have to be, but that means redoing the boxes and the ball spike at the top of the pylon the joys of 3D development!!Â
